FAQ

Will I own the copyright to the music after purchasing a license?

No. A license grants the right to use the music within the scope of a specific project.
All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with the composer. The license does not transfer ownership of the work.

What does “project-based licensing” mean?

A license covers the use of a track within a specific project.
The license type defines the scope of use based on the scale of the project and audience reach, and may include multiple content formats within the same project (for example: a main release and related trailers or promotional materials within a single campaign or release).

Can I use the same license for multiple projects?

No. A license grants the right to use the music in a single, specific project.
If the music is intended to be used in another project, a separate license is required.

What if I need music with exclusive rights?

If a project requires exclusive music and exclusive usage rights, a custom composition created specifically for that project should be commissioned.
Requests for custom compositions can be submitted via the contact page.

Who can purchase a license: a client, a studio, or a contractor?

A license may be purchased by any party involved in the creation of the project (client, studio, agency, contractor).
The license must correspond to the specific project and does not grant blanket usage across multiple unrelated projects.

Can I remix, modify, or release the track as a standalone music release?

No. The release of derivative works as standalone music tracks, as well as the distribution of the audio independently of the licensed project, is not permitted.

What does “Pro License — upon direct request” mean?

Pro Licenses are provided on an individual basis.
To receive a proposal, a request should be submitted via the contact page with a description of the project, including the type of production, intended usage formats, distribution scope, and timeline.
Terms and pricing are determined individually based on project requirements.

Is non-commercial use of music permitted?

Non-commercial use of music is permitted. Licensing is required for commercial or monetized use. Certain uses may be subject to automated copyright protection mechanisms.

Can I use the music on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, or YouTube Shorts?

Use of music on short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts is permitted only through the official audio libraries provided by those platforms.
Direct upload or synchronization of music outside the platform’s licensed sound system requires appropriate licensing.
